Cancellations & Rescheduling
24 hours advanced notice is greatly appreciated, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment frequently with less than 24 hour notice, will result in a $50 non refundable deposit to reserve future bookings. no shows will be required to pay 50% of booked services. I understand we are all human, if you fall ill or cannot make an appointment please just reach out to give us a heads up!

Late Arrival
Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for services with smaller time slots may need to be rescheduled and Cancellation policy will apply. please reach out via text if your eta is putting you behind, we will do our best to accommodate,

Client Satisfaction
we want you to love your hair! If you are having challenges with your cut, color, or extension install, simply text us within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct any reasonable issue, at no additional charge.

Refunds
Per manufacturer's policies, all hair extension sales are final and not refundable. salon service sales are final and not refundable, we are happy to make adjustments to your cut, color, or extension install if contacted within 7 days of your original service. (technical adjustments only, no preference change)

To maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that only guests receiving services attend appointments unless otherwise arranged.
We absolutely understand that sometimes new parents may need to bring their infant, and fresh babies are always welcome when needed.
For safety reasons around hot tools and chemicals, we ask that children who are not receiving services be supervised by an adult.
